Best way to present a good Japanese dish is through a Makizushi~
a Makizushi is a cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, it also can be called rolled sushi~
This is basically a signature of mine~
It's Basically a : Maguro Dragon Maki
It's topped with advocado and a *secret sauce* inside the roll there is a tempura tiger prawn and some julienned cucumber~
Come to Mizu' Japanese fine dining, TTDI Plaza, and enjoy this dish :)
